Parking: Will be crowded the morning of stage 1 and we will begin our trip promptly at 10 a.m. We will begin each morning thereafter at 10 a.m. It is highly recommended you arrive at least 1 hour early for check-in. There are a lot of riders checking in on this day. You can also purchase t-shirts, coins or other FLTDF merchandise. A lite snack/breakfast will be provided by our sponsor, Denny’s. Food is on a first come, first serve basis. Whether you are participating for the day or for more than one day, you need to arrange your own transportation to/from your vehicle. Partnering up with someone has been successful in the past.
Equipment: Helmet is required all 5 days of the ride and you will not be permitted without it. Maintenance and general repairs are rider responsibility, however SAG assistance will be present to assist you all 5 days courtesy of Gary Ordelheide. The type of bike, Road, Tri, Mountain is rider preference.
Luggage: Those participating in 1 or more days a place for your luggage will be provided and you will have access to it should an emergency arise. The morning of stage 1 the U-Haul luggage truck and trailer will arrive at the host hotel (Newport Beach Resort) at 7:30am. It will LEAVE THE HOTEL AT 8:00am.

Stage 1. Monday will end in Boynton Beach
Stage 2. Tuesday will end in Port St Lucie
Stage 3. Wednesday will end in Palm Bay
Stage 4. Thursday will end in Titusville
Stage 5. Friday will end in Daytona Beach Shores, FL
Food/Snacks: During each stage lite snacks, power bars, granola bars, bananas, oranges, and various other items will be provided to you at each rest stop. This also includes water, Powerade, Gatorade as it is available during the week. You are encouraged to bring snacks and water with you and/or donate it to the group to be used during the week. The food and liquids the FLTDF provides to you comes from donations. During the week the FLTDF riders will go through over 1200 bottles of water, so keep this in mind. Dinner at the end of each stage is rider responsibility.
Those participating all 5 days will need to prepare for arrangements back to your vehicles/transportation home From Daytona Beach Shores. FLTDF staff will have very limited space for those unable to make accommodations.
